RISE (Short Breaks Workshop) - PFA and Post 16 Options

Half a day, online workshop to explore strengths and challenges regarding Post 16 options and how this is captured in EHC plans and reviews. To include how to articulate ceasing of plans in a positive way across the sector, increasing parental confidence and celebrating young people’s achievements. This will include developing an action plan for progress.
